Tenant Requirements

Rental eligibility is based upon verification of identity, employment, qualifying income, good rental history and credit history.

Valid Picture ID (Drivers License, Military ID,  resident alien card, Passport) NOTE: Each applicant must provide a valid ID for your application to be processed.

Signatures of all applicants on all required areas of each page.

Any false information submitted on an application will be cause for automatic denial.

No conviction for any crime that involved any offense against property, persons, government officials, or that involved firearms, illegal drugs, criminal street gang activity or sex or sex crimes.

Pets are not accepted unless stated otherwise. (May require an additional deposit)

Credit reports remain the sole property of WCJ Property Management & Real Estate.

Rental Insurance is not provided. The Landlords insurance will NOT cover your possessions in the event of a loss. If you wish to purchase this you will need to contact an insurance agent of your choice.

You will have 3 days to have utilities turned on or a fine will be assessed. This is for health & safety reasons.
